Feb 11th, Long Life Retreat

with Gen Rinzin

Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, merit and wisdom – the main qualities we need for the happiness of enlightenment. Through the practice of Amitayus, we can benefit both our self and others. We can prevent untimely death; by improving our wisdom, we will overcome ordinary conceptions of self; and by increasing merit, we will find success in all we do.

Join us for this delightful one-day retreat, with meditations guided by Gen Rinzin, making prayers to Amitayus, and reciting his mantra to benefit our self and others. Vegetarian lunch provided.
