If we meditate one time on the sequence of Lamrim meditations, then we have meditated on the entire path to enlightenment. Each meditation can be done on its own, and will have eye-opening benefits to our life. But if we engage in them all in sequence, we will understand the whole path to enlightenment. All delusions and unhappy states of mind find their match in Lamrim. Everyone Welcome!
Each session includes a short introduction, prayers to prepare and enrich our mind, and guided meditation. Everyone welcome!
