Buddha taught six important mental states that when developed and practiced, lead us into living an inspiring, loving and meaningful life.  These beautiful, powerful states of mind are called, The Six Perfections. These practices are a special method that help us solve problems, pacify disturbing emotions and ultimately, empowers us to help and benefit others.
