Yoga of Buddha Heruka Retreat

A retreat in the aspect of a counting retreat
With daily teaching with Gen Rinzin

Yoga of Buddha Heruka contains prayers and meditations for those wishing to connect with Buddha Heruka, the Buddha of Compassion in Highest Yoga Tantra. These prayers combine the Highest Yoga Tantra practices of Heruka body mandala and Vajrayogini, together with the Guru yoga of Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka. From Buddha Heruka we can receive blessings that free us from all obstacles to our spiritual practice and enable us to attain profound spiritual realizations quickly.
In particular, this retreat is in the aspect of a Heruka counting retreat, as preparation for those who wish to do a counting retreat in the future (such as 2026 with KMC Washington). Gen Rinzin will give instruction on how to begin and conclude the retreat, as well as daily guidance for improving our meditations on the various aspects of the practice.
This retreat is for those who have either already received the empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini or have the strong intention to do so at the next available opportunity.

Streamed / non-streamed
The introduction and daily 7am teachings in this retreat will be available in-person and also via live-stream. The actual sessions will not be streamed.
