Breath Away Stress - May 2, 2026
Simple breathing meditation can help us relax, but to let go of deeper stress and tension we need the help of combining our breath with the sacred mantra OM AH HUM, which is called the “Mantra of all Buddhas.” In this retreat we will gain experience of this special mantra-breathing meditation, which is known for its relaxing and rejuvenating effect on our body and mind.
