Learning to meditate is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself and your friends and family. 

When we are able to increase our own inner peace, we generally happier and more flexible, less stressed and less rigid. We are better able to make good clear decisions, that are more beneficial, better able to maintain clearer and more balanced perspectives and our friends and family benefit because happier people are just easier to get along with. 

Just one class can make an impact on your life, if you take what you learn and practice. 

In this class we'll learn about the mind, and discover the boundless peace that abides at our own heart.
