In these Thursday night drop-in classes, we emphasize learning meditation skills and how to meditate on a variety of different topics.

In the present series of classes we are focusing on meditations on compassion and love. When our mind is governed by love, we feel happy and at peace with the world around us. The deeper our love, the more stable our peace. Everyone welcome!
