In difficult times, it is easy to become deeply disturbed by the appearances and actions of others. In this workshop, we will learn meditations on Buddhist equanimity, applying this meditation to both people and external situations.
By meditating on equanimity, we can create an inner space that enables us to keep a balanced and peaceful state of mind no matter what happens. We develop mental equilibrium, a stable inner experience of wellness and happiness, rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.
