Learn all the essentials of how to meditate - ancient techniques to improve your focus, reduce stress and increase overall well-being. Discover the benefits of meditation today.

Classes include guided meditation, instruction, Buddhist philosophy, and time for Q&A.

Classes are offered freely, but we still have to cover costs.
